What is Better Barre? With a focus on form, a basis in Pilates, mind-body connectivity, our classes challenge your balance, improve posture, and lift assets!

Sunday, February 11th @8AM - HIIT Core with Julie Smith
This 45-minute class combines plyometric and dance cardio with traditional yoga holds. We start with deep core exercises to heat you up from the inside out, connecting your abs to extremities, followed by our sculpting HIIT series.
Cardio has never been so much fun! This achievable class leaves you feeling accomplished and satisfied. Bring a yoga mat, thick slippery/soft socks for the first part of class. The HIIT portion of class is completed barefoot. Water is always a good idea.

Restorative Yoga Under Glass - February 26

Find your peace of mind and relieve your stress with restorative Yin Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation at Chihuly Garden and Glass. Guests are invited to end their day with a walk through the exhibition’s galleries, followed by a relaxing 60 minute yoga and meditation session under the Dale Chihuly’s signature Persian Ceiling. Surrounded by vibrant and colorful light passing through intricately displayed glass art, yoga and mindfulness instructor Audrey Sutton of Blissful Soul will encourage guests to quiet their minds and utilize the inspiring space as a catalyst for self-exploration.

Gentle Yin yoga slowly stretches your muscles, fascia and ligaments, and primarily focuses on openingyour hips, back and shoulders. Guests will be guided through breathing exercises and meditative practices as they learn key Yin Yoga techniques.

I recommend purchasing your ticket early as it goes up whenever each tier sells out. Also, the earlier you purchase your ticket, the earlier you can register for the other fun classes after the 5K, yoga & meditation that they have lined up for that day. Starting April, I will organize weekly runs to prepare for the untimed 5K portion of this event. Please start training earlier on your own. You know your body more than anyone else.
